About E-Kilts:

Let me introduce to you. I´m Denise Bald from "E-Kilts".

My experience:
I set up e-kilts in summer 2002 after around 15 years in customer service and as a manager in conventional Highland Dress stores such as Geoffrey (Tailor) Highland Crafts and Ecossais of Edinburgh (now absorbed within Hector Russell). So I know the industry inside out and am well used to working to the highest quality standards.

For several years before establishing e-kilts I had special responsibility for online customer service (with all its unique issues) as the Web grew from a novelty to a major marketing channel. So I believe my knowledge of how to make sure Internet customers get exactly the kilt outfits and accessories they want is second-to-none!

My philosophy:
Most customers shopping online will never visit the store they are buying from. I realised that, without the large overheads of a High Street shop and staff, nor glossy magazine advertising, I could supply the same outstanding quality Highland Dress at 'deal direct' prices offering an unbeatable bargain for the customer. e-kilts markets itself only on the Internet which keeps costs to an absolute minimum.

Unlike some suppliers, at e-kilts we use only trusted experienced specialists to manufacture all made-to-measure garments such as kilts and jackets ourselves. So we can guarantee the quality of both materials and manufacture. And we'll never economise on materials or finish as many discount suppliers do to keep prices down. Our service lets you afford authentic top quality goods - at prices you simply won't find elsewhere. And we certainly don't skimp on service!
