Über E-Kilts:

Ich würde mich Ihnen gerne vorstellen. Ich bin Denise Bald von "E-Kilts".

Meine Erfahrung:
Ich gründete E-kilts im Sommer 2002, nachdem ich ca. 15 Jahre im Kundenservice und als Manager in konventionellen Kiltgeschäften wie z.B. Geoffrey Highland Crafts oder Hector Russell beschäftigt war.  Daher kenne ich diesen Industriezweig wie meine Westentasche und bin es gewöhnt, den höchsten Qualitätsmaßstab anzulegen und habe auch große Erfahrung im Umgang mit Internetkunden, sodaß jede Kundschaft sicher gehen kann, daß sie auch exakt das bekommt, was sie bestellt hat.

Meine Geschäftsphilisophie:
Die meisten Onlinekunden besuchen niemals das Geschäft, in dem sie einkaufen. Sie erledigen ihren Einkauf bequem von zu Hause aus, müssen bloß exakte Wünsche bekanntgeben und können mit wenigen Mouseklicks bezahlen, wodurch die Vorteile auf der Kundenseite klar umrissen sind. Doch mein Onlinegeschäft hat auch für mich positive Auswirkungen, die ich an meine Kunden weitergebe. Ich muß keine Miete oder Angestellte zahlen oder teure Werbung machen, erspare also sowohl mir als auch meiner Kundschaft sündteure Nebenkosten, kann daher handgefertigte Artikel in TOP-Qualität zu unschlagbar niedrigen Preisen anbieten und dennoch Gewinn erzielen.

Die meisten Kiltgeschäfte kaufen ihre Ware selbst bei Kiltmachern ein. Um die Preise trotz Aufschlagung ein er enormen Gewinnspanne gering zu halten, sparen sie normalerweise an der Materialqualität. E-kilts dagegen stellt alle Kleidungsstücke selbst durch erfahrenes Fachpersonal her, wodurch wir trotz unseres unschlagbar niedrigen Preises getrost eine uneingeschränkte Qualitätsgarantie für Material, Ausfertigung und Kundenservice geben können.

Mein Versprechen:
Viele Kunden können es sich nur schwer vorstellen, einen Kilt oder ein ganzes Hochlandoutfit-Paket online zu erwerben. Die Kleidung soll ja perfekt sitzen, Freude bereiten und den Betrachter in Staunen versetzen. Was, wenn das Sakko zu lang ist oder sich der gelieferte Kilt als Minirock herausstellt?

Wir kennen diese Ängste, und genau hier kommt unser umfassendes Kundenservice ins Spiel. Wir würden Sie daher um eines bitten: Bitte versuchen Sie, alle Details und auch Ihre Spezialwünsche exakt zu beschreiben. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, daß es sich bei diesen Kunden um Menschen handelt, die selbst genug zu tun haben, aber dennoch bereit sind, Anfragen von Ihnen zu beantworten. Bitte kontaktieren Sie sie nur dann, wenn Sie glauben,. daß dies wirklich notwendig ist. Ferner weisen wir Sie darauf hin, daß die meisten dieser Menschen kein Deutsch verstehen. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Everything arrived today and it fits great! I have never seen a proper kilt up close before so figuring how to put it on was a blast. I am so glad that this is one less thing to worry about. Unfortunately our marriage license appointment was cancelled and we can no longer get officially married on the 15th of April, the ceremony will go on as planned. We have not yet decided whether or not to welcome or block the media from being at our ceremony (which we will be having in front of City Hall), but it is great to have the such a great outift already prepared.
